The Raghoji Group traces its origins to Gulbarga, Karnataka, where Ramchandrappa Raghoji established a business in agricultural grains and seeds. The enterprise was later inherited by Srinivas Rao Raghoji, who expanded its operations to include oilseeds and petrochemicals. In the 1960s, the nearby town of Wadi emerged as a cement industry hub. Recognizing a gap in transportation services, Srinivas Rao Raghoji partnered with Associated Cement Company (ACC) in Shahabad, marking the group's entry into the logistics sector.
